Alvin Bearden

I combine more than two decades of event-rental experience with leadership, public safety, workplace safety, and practical AI training to help operators build businesses that are safer, smarter, and easier to run.

Built through real-world experience

I am the owner of Wow Inflatables and cofounder of Bounce Into Biz. Since 2005, Wow Inflatables has grown from a local bounce house company into a large event-rental operation serving Middle Georgia and South Metro Atlanta. That journey has given me firsthand experience with equipment, safety, logistics, customer service, marketing, team leadership, and the systems required to grow sustainably.

Before and alongside the rental business, I built a career of more than 25 years in law enforcement and public safety. I served as a lead investigator and later as a police sergeant at Mercer University, where I was named Officer of the Year in 2019. Those years shaped the way I teach: protect people, prepare for problems, communicate clearly, and build systems that work under pressure.

Education and leadership

I earned an Associate degree in Business from Ohio Christian University and a Master of Organizational Leadership from Mercer University. My education strengthened the practical lessons I had learned while leading teams, investigating problems, serving communities, and operating a growing company.

I have taught and developed training in community safety, crime prevention, business loss prevention, employee security, event-rental sales, marketing, safety, and operations. I have also been involved with IAAPA since 2013, staying connected to the broader attractions and amusement industry.

What I teach at Bounce Into Biz

At Bounce Into Biz, I focus on the systems behind a durable company: safety, leadership, loss prevention, pricing, marketing, customer acquisition, AI-assisted workflows, and clear operating processes. My goal is to take complicated ideas and make them useful for an owner who needs to make a good decision today.

Nick Glassett and I built Bounce Into Biz around complementary experience. Nick brings his operator story and hands-on AI buildouts. I bring long-term growth, organizational leadership, safety, and the lessons learned from more than 20 years of building Wow Inflatables. Together, we help students leave with a working plan and tools they can use immediately.
